Equipment Spare Parts — representative imagery

In brief

We supply consumable and repair parts for the earthmoving, haulage, material-handling, crushing and screening, drilling and power-generation equipment that mines, plantations and construction sites across the region depend on: undercarriage, ground engaging tools, engine and powertrain components, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors and valves, filters and service kits, bearings, slew rings and electrical parts — as well as complete used and surplus units. Every quotation places each line in one of three categories and says which: genuine OEM in the maker's own packaging; OES, made by the original component supplier under its own name; or quality aftermarket, built to interchangeable dimensions and materials.

We order by identification, not by description. That means machine model and variant, serial or product identification number, engine serial and arrangement number and the OEM part number — and, before quoting, photographs of the nameplate and of any casting or forging marks on the failed part. Aftermarket lines are quoted with the material specification, hardness or pressure rating they match and the warranty that applies. Equipment makes, models and part numbers are cited only to identify fitment; they imply no affiliation with, endorsement by or dealership of any manufacturer.

Small and urgent parts fly by courier or air freight — into Balikpapan or Banjarmasin, if that is where the machine is standing; volume orders and whole machines go by container, or as breakbulk and ro-ro when they cannot be broken down. Packing is designed around weight and shock: steel-banded crates on skids for cylinders and track chains, cradles for slew rings, and VCI wrap with desiccant for machined and bare-metal surfaces in tropical humidity. Dangerous goods within a parts order — batteries, aerosols, paints, adhesives, oils and greases — are pulled out, declared and packed to IMDG or IATA rules instead of riding in the general consignment.

Where it is used

  • Planned maintenance and component change-outs on fleets serviced at hour-based intervals
  • Breakdown response, when a machine is idle and lead time drives the decision
  • Engine, final drive and hydraulic rebuild and overhaul programmes
  • Undercarriage and GET replacement in abrasive conditions — coal and nickel mining, quarrying and land clearing
  • Consignment and min-max stock for site workshops and rental fleets
  • Fleet growth through inspected used and surplus units while new-machine lead times stretch

Markets we ship to

  • Indonesia — Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Sumatra and Papua
  • Malaysia and Brunei
  • The Philippines and Vietnam
  • Australia
  • Papua New Guinea
  • South Asia

Shipping & paperwork

How the cargo is packed, priced and documented

Packaging & stowage

  • Heavy machined parts are bolted or banded to timber skids with the centre of gravity marked, so the receiving workshop can lift them safely without improvising.
  • Bare and machined surfaces are coated or VCI-wrapped with desiccant; cylinders travel with rods retracted and ports plugged.
  • Hydraulic components are drained, blanked and bagged before crating so that no contamination reaches the circuit at installation.
  • Batteries, aerosols, paints, adhesives, oils and greases are taken out of mixed parts orders and declared as dangerous goods under IMDG or IATA rules.
  • Crates and pallets are built from ISPM 15 heat-treated timber, and every package carries order, line and part number so goods-in can check it straight against the packing list.

Incoterms we use

  • EXW — collection from the supplying warehouse, for buyers with a consolidator or forwarder in the supply country.
  • FCA — export-cleared handover at a named airport, terminal or forwarder's warehouse.
  • CPT and CIP — air and multimodal movements of urgent parts; Incoterms 2020 makes Institute Cargo Clauses (A) the default cover under CIP.
  • FOB and CFR — containerised volume orders and complete machines.
  • DAP — delivery to the site or workshop, with import clearance and duties for the buyer.
  • DDP — considered case by case, and only where clearance in the buyer's country is genuinely open to us.

Documents supplied

  • Commercial invoice listing part number, quantity, unit price, country of origin and HS code per line
  • Packing list with case marks, dimensions and net and gross weights for each package
  • Air waybill or bill of lading, with lashing and stowage details for complete machines
  • Certificate of origin, legalised where the destination requires it
  • Manufacturer's or supplier's declaration and warranty statement identifying each line as OEM, OES or aftermarket
  • Safety data sheets and a dangerous goods declaration for any oils, greases, batteries, aerosols or chemicals in the shipment
  • For used units: condition and inspection report, photographic record, ownership or de-registration papers and a cleaning or biosecurity certificate where needed
  • Pre-shipment inspection or conformity certificate where the destination runs a mandatory scheme
